Civil Labourer

Are you a reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused individual looking for consistent work in the thriving civil construction industry? We are hiring dedicated Civil Labourers to join our clients growing team on major projects across ACT/NSW.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be an essential part of the construction crew, responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with drainage, trenching, and pipe-laying.

• General site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Moving materials, digging, and assisting plant operators.

• Setting up and packing down work zones (traffic control setup support).

• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

We Are Looking For

• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.

• Must have white card, asbestos & silica.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions diligently.

• Must have your own reliable transport and PPE (steel-capped boots, high-vis clothing).

• Bonus: Experience working with machinery operators (spotting/dogging tickets a plus!).
